Hannibal worked with Clean World USA leadership to form a mission statement that is still used to this day. It was instrumental in the development of the strategic direction of the company. The strategies laid out gave the necessary simplicity and direction in training a staff that was largely unskilled with minimal educational backgrounds.

Sales at the initial start of our consulting relationship were less than $1,000,000.00 per year. We were able to grow the company at its peak to about $4,000,000.00+ per year with profitability increasing just as dramatically.

THE CHALLENGE:
